Florida Light Tackle Charters maintains the state's largest light tackle fishing fleet.  Our reputation within the industry and cross-country angling community is top notch.  As a result of our exposure and unprecedented customer service, we are one of a very few organizations booking up to to five+ charters per day and running charters 363 days per year! 

Our internet presence dominates the world-wide-web.  Our customer service and corporate internet marketing campaigns help pave the way for endless repeat clients.  As a result, we have surpassed our competition in new business bookings ten times over.  It all boils down to the fact that we are under staffed!  Consequently, we are  aggressively interviewing captains in the areas and specialties noted below:

Captains:  We are not an advertising, listing or a booking agency.   We are a "Light tackle" and soon to become a "Light tackle & Sport fishing" Outfitter.  Our captains are employed under contract and meet very stringent licensing, insurance and fish producing requirements.  You must be personable, professional and highly skilled in the art of light tackle angling.  More importantly, you must  possess the skills needed to pass your knowledge to our customers within minutes, so they too, can become a proficient angler while aboard a Florida Light Tackle Charter.

FLTC believes in keeping a few and releasing many.  Most of our charters are "Catch and Release" With that said, we WILL NOT consider any captains or boats with ANY interests in commercial trade.  We believe, therefore you must convey the importance of species preservation (Limited take and Catch & release)

Established Captains looking to supplement their client base will be considered.
