Hi Eric!							

We made it back to Orlando with our beautiful trout and redfish. Joe has

already filleted one of the trout and the redfish.  The other trout is going to 

be stuffed for our dinner tonight with sour cream, spinach, bread crumbs, 

crab meat, etc.  I wish you could be here to share our delicious meal!  

Thank you for your hard work and good humor today.  The weather, the 

surroundings and the fish were spectacular (including the humongous 

plume of smoke.)  Good luck with your fishing adventures,
